If you are interested in our membership, please schedule an appointment with us by clicking “ schedule an appointment” bottom below. We would like to meet you in person, and give you a tour of our studio space while answering any questions you might have.
We would like to know a bit about you and your work before your appointment, please fill out the artist general info form by clicking “schedule an appointment” below before your scheduled appointment.
Please note: we only accept scheduled appointments, please give us at least 48 hrs notice so we can schedule your visit in a timely manner.
Our general office hours are :
Tuesday to Saturday: 2pm - 8pm
If you would like to visit SSNYC please schedule an appointment by filling out the application form. We usually hold our Studio Tours on Wednesdays & Saturdays at 3pm
General requirements for studio visiting & applying membership:
Age: due to the nature of ceramics studio and material use, you need to be at least 21 years old to visit our studio or being a member
No pets: please be mindful that not to bring your pets with you when you come to visit or work in the studio, some of our members/staffs are allergic to pets, thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Minimum Term: 4 Months ( If you are planning to work less than 4 months, please submit your project proposal with timeline and detailed information about the production of work for approval. Please DO NOT include your Artist Statement). Limited space available.
Studio Access for Members: Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 12:00 midnight.
Members Firing Fees:
Bisque .03 cents per cubic inch
Cone Six .03 cents per cubic inch
Cone Ten .06 cents per cubic inch
